A joy to deal with.
The Smokies BBQ team closed a last minute gap at our event in Cheshire on Friday 3rd December 2021. Tina was a delight to deal with both on the telephone and in person on the day and she is methodical with all the paperwork. They are excellent communicators. Food wise: they went down a storm particularly the Boar sausage that they serve. In addition, they are efficient, clean, fast and very intereactive with customers. It is a good set up and the public have asked if they are coming back next year (hopefully yes!) And we need to mention kindness - they fed security guards and a few other volunteers/staff on site. We didn't ask them to do this but they did on this occasion. An absolute pleasure to have them attend our event.

From the first time I spoke to Tina I knew we would get fantastic service. And I wasn’t wrong. The food was amazing especially the steak baguette, it was to die for.
Fantastic experience
We booked smokies for a corporate event and we were so glad we did. The food was excellent and served very quickly which helped on the short turnaround of our staff break system. The communication from the first initial contact was great and the customer service on the day was brilliant - thanks Smokies :)
