About Smokies BBQ
Smokies BBQ is a family-run mobile caterer based in Lancashire, established in 2014. We serve classic American food with smokehouse flavour: cheeseburgers, pulled pork, 14-hour smoked brisket, wild boar bratwurst, hot dogs, Philly-style steak and cheese, loaded fries and salads.
We are fully self-sufficient — no power or water needed on site — and hold a 5-star hygiene rating. We cover staff days, festivals, markets and private events, from a quiet gathering to hundreds of guests.
Clients have included Amazon, Harley-Davidson, BBC and ITV film locations, BMW, Mercedes, Toyota and Land Rover sites, universities in Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester.

Friendly efficient no fuss
Brilliant!
We asked Smokies back for a second year due to popular demand and they didn't let us down! The food is so tasty and the service is second to none; smiley and chatty! Nice to work with
The communication was excellent. Tina is a nice lovely lady and always responds immediately. However we received feedbacks that some food was undercooked. Overall it was good, and would be better if they'd tasted the food before service
Fantastic, amazing, recommended by all.
Constant contact with Tina to plan the event. Food and service on the night was just fantastic, they brought extras eg Christmas crackers which was such a nice touch.
Highly recommended, they couldn’t have been more accommodating if they tried! Especially for our Halal and Veggie people. We’ll be booking them for events again in the future.

Wonderful Company!
Smokies were brilliant, such a friendly warm service that I received from them. Everyone loved the food it was great quality! Our guests were over the moon with the event as well which is what we wanted! Tina went above and beyond to make sure our theme was covered and all the little extras really added to the day! Thanks guys will defintley be recommending Smokies BBQ!
Excellent food and great looking
Very flexible, responsive and understanding. The set up was quick and no fuss at all. The food was great and I heard many compliments being said. When we run out of the hot pot, Smokies, as if by magic, got some hot dogs out so none of the quests went home hungry.
