Smokies BBQ

Such a pleasurable experience dealing with Smokies. Tina was great at communicating and giving us loads of options for food. We even had to change location at the last minute and this was no problem for Smokies.... The food was fab, the service was superb and the overall experience was excellent!!! I would definitely recommend and cant wait to rebook for the next event!!!

Well where do I start, they arrived on time and set up, the onions went on and the queue formed quickly after this. There was a good selection of burgers, pulled pork, veggie burgers and venison hot dogs. It was all cooked to perfection and served with a professional smile. We have a number of staff from America and an Aussie (apparrently) who love their BBQs and they were all very complimentary of the food and service. The setup looked great and the food aromas must have had Chester Business Park staff wondering what on earth was going on.

Highly recommended, lovely people and great food, professionally delivered from start to finish.

We had a great time with Smokies BBQ yesterday. They were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Both Tina and Paul were really friendly and the food was amazing. They easily and quickly catered for around 100 of us with smiles for everyone. I would use them again and would recommend others to use them too!

Prior to the event Smokies BBQ provided a full menu and a value quote within our budget. They adapted well to any dietary needs making sure everything was correct. I was really impressed on their great communication and constant help with matters of, Insurance, pricing, times and food.

At the event itself Smokies arrived on time and made clear what they needed. They were great fun and got along well with all people attending. By providing such excellent service they won our school as a client for future events and made my job, so so much easier.

Tina and her son were brilliant on the day. There was plenty of food and they catered for all dietary requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was great, just what we needed after a muddy 7km run! If you’re thinking of booking Smokies BBQ then don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed.

We asked Smokies BBQ to cater for 80 team members with a range of tastes and dietary needs. The taste, presentation, variety and quality of the produce was so fantastic that the team couldn't get enough! Despite going over numbers, Tina and Paul accommodated the additional need and continued to deliver amazing service.

Tina has been warm, helpful, flexible and very understanding.

I'll definitely be asking Smokies BBQ to cater for future reward events - already passed on the recommendation to friends, family and colleagues.

Wow, what a standard. Tina & Paul absolutely smashed it. 1500 people were a doddle to them. The burgers, pulled pork and bratwursts were out of this world! I have never seen two people work so hard and consistent throughout the day and the standard was amazing. Thanks guys, we hope to see you again soon!

We had Tina and her team for a work event in June. The food was delicious, we had plenty of choices. Desserts were fantastic, and Tina kindly left us with some goodies for eating later on at the Party, they went down a treat! All in all, a great service and would highly recommend this company.
