About Sublime Catering Limited
Sublime Catering Limited supplier of quality fresh food, we specialise in canape parties, wedding receptions, and corporate catering, hog and lamb roasts , the finest paella ,we are based in Hastings, but cover the whole of the south of England, there is not job to small to cater for or to big to handle, all our ingredients are locally sourced.
All our food is freshly prepared on site or at our Sussex unit. All our chefs are passionate about providing and excellent product and service to our clients.

Absolutely brilliant start to finish. Excellent communication and I felt very confident with the whole service. Food was all home made and British - the queue spoke volumes! Everyone was very happy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sublime Catering for any event - we would book them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for supporting a big charity event
Communication was great.
The service was great, but I think there could have been more salad as we ran out, also the stuffing was missing, but overall very good value for money.

They arrived on time, were friendly. As it was a memorial they were very respectful. Communication was excellent. They wrapped up leftover hog roast for us and advised as about keeping it in the freezer
Went down a treat!
Absolutely loved having these guys join us at our Cultural Evening school event. We had a variety of food trucks and these guys complimented the set up brilliantly; offering a variety of foods that appealed to kids and adults alike at a fantastic price point meaning kids could afford to feed themselves. We'll definitely invite them back for the next event! And, in the run up to the event Paul was so communicative, which was so utterly reassuring and much apprecaited.
