About Sublime Catering Limited
Sublime Catering Limited supplier of quality fresh food, we specialise in canape parties, wedding receptions, and corporate catering, hog and lamb roasts , the finest paella ,we are based in Hastings, but cover the whole of the south of England, there is not job to small to cater for or to big to handle, all our ingredients are locally sourced.
All our food is freshly prepared on site or at our Sussex unit. All our chefs are passionate about providing and excellent product and service to our clients.

Delicious food, lovely people
The food was delicious, the seafood was so fresh and the prawns were huge! Streak cooked perfectly and both the chef and the waitress were lovely. Would strongly recommend.

We hired Sublime Catering for a corporate event and we were very impressed by Paul and his staff on the day. Not only were the burgers delicious but the service was prompt and our staff were very satisfied. Thank you Paul.
A great catering service for our training event
We really enjoyed working with Paul @Sublime. Our request was quite tricky as we asked for 76 meals to be delivered to three sites within a 4-mile radius. All food was delivered, packaged and labeled per individual staff member, all within 30 minutes! We had great feedback on the quality of the food and will definitely consider working with Sublime in the future.
Dinner party
Had an amazing three course meal. Paul was very professional and his wife and daughter were really attentive and friendly. Had a wide range of choices of food we was given to choose from. Paul managed to serve us all on time, all together regardless of us all having different starters, mains and desserts. Nothing was too much trouble for him and everything was prepared and cooked fresh. Would definitely book Paul again.
Paul was super accommodating and made a great meal
We had a beautiful dinner party and thanks to Paul it made the night so much more special. The starters he made were incredible and super generous, so much so most of us were full when the mains came out! Our drinks were topped up all evening and the place was spotless when they left. Thanks again Paul!!
Amazing Chef and tasty food!
Paul was great to communicate with and also catered to the most confusing dietary requirements successfully. The food tasted amazing and he left the kitchen in pristine condition. I would 100% recommend Sublime for any special occasion. Thank you very very much!

Very happy with what was provided.
They were there in good time and well prepared, so that took a lot of worry out of a difficult day for our family, the funeral of our sister. There was plenty of choice and the staff were attentive.
