About Ten Forward Events
We’re a family-run events company offering rustic bar hire and event planning across the U.K. Basically, we’re here to keep things running smoothly, the drinks flowing, and stop you from spending your day doing supplier admin.
||BAR HIRE FOR WEDDINGS & EVENTS||
We provide a converted horsebox bar for outdoor events and pallet bars for indoor venues. You can have one or both depending on your setup. We’re very used to fields, barns, marquees, and the classic “we’ll decide where the bar goes when everyone arrives” approach.
We serve everything from lager and wine to cocktails and warm drinks for when the British weather shows up uninvited and overstays its welcome. Our cocktail menu is a guest favourite (and occasionally the reason people stay longer than planned).
We have professional staff, flexible setups, fair pricing, and we can also sort your Temporary Event Notice so you don’t have to decode council paperwork.
||WEDDING & EVENT PLANNING||
We offer on-the-day coordination, partial planning, and full planning.
On-the-day is for when you’ve planned it all and just want someone calm and slightly bossy (in a helpful way) to run it. Partial is for when you’ve started planning and suddenly realised there are a LOT of decisions left. Full planning is for when you’d rather hand it over and just show up.
Led by Ella, who has 15+ years of venue management experience, we know how events actually run behind the scenes, and how to quietly fix things before anyone notices.
||OUR APPROACH||
No stress, no jargon, no drama. Just proper organisation with a sense of humour.
You enjoy the day. We’ll make sure it all runs like it’s supposed to.

Smooth Setup and Service. Drinks Could Be Better
The bar turned up on time, set up fast, and ran smoothly. Staff were friendly and even tidied rubbish that wasn’t theirs. Paying was easy with the card machine.
That said, drinks were a letdown. We picked this company for the cocktail menu, but most couldn’t be made due to missing spirits. When asked, staff blamed us, even though I’d clearly said in the pre-event survey we wanted the full menu. Shot options weren’t great either, mainly Tequila Rose or sours, no standard tequila. Draft lager was also on the menu but that didn’t seem to be an option.
Communication before the event was also patchy, with me chasing for details. Overall, the bar worked, but the drinks and service fell short of what we expected.
Absolutely amazing service
They were just brilliant at everything they made sure everybody was happy especially me as the bride they were so friendly and just all round amazing. !!
Perfect!
Really great. Arrived on time, reasonably priced drinks and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
Couldn’t have asked for more
Ten forward events provided a bar in great time, with wonderful, down to earth staff and a great service for all. They provided hot drinks, soft drinks and had a chat beforehand about what they could offer. We had drinks tokens and these were a great addition to our day. Thank you!
Great bar, very accommodating!
Ten Forward Events were very helpful, allowing us to choose a signature cocktail and have a large say in the drinks that were served at the bar. They were also very reasonably priced. Though the horse box was in for repairs, meaning it was unavailable, they set up a fantastic bar inside the venue and everyone was catered for. Thank you! X
Ella and the team were amazing! Great service!
Our experience was just fantastic! They replied to queries so quickly and on the night they turned up and put together a beautiful setup! They had everything you could imagine and were just fabulous!
Thank You
Thank you for all your support, advice and help with our event when we were let down by another company. The bar looked great and the prices were really reasonable. Thank you for leaving everything so tidy! We will use you again at our next family event.
Brilliant service, fantastic choice of drinks
Can’t recommend them highly enough!
Ella and her team were absolutely great from start to finish. Delivered everything what they said. Everybody that came to our party has commented about them and I’m sure they will get further bookings from this.
