About Ten Forward Events
We’re a family-run events company offering rustic bar hire and event planning across the U.K. Basically, we’re here to keep things running smoothly, the drinks flowing, and stop you from spending your day doing supplier admin.
||BAR HIRE FOR WEDDINGS & EVENTS||
We provide a converted horsebox bar for outdoor events and pallet bars for indoor venues. You can have one or both depending on your setup. We’re very used to fields, barns, marquees, and the classic “we’ll decide where the bar goes when everyone arrives” approach.
We serve everything from lager and wine to cocktails and warm drinks for when the British weather shows up uninvited and overstays its welcome. Our cocktail menu is a guest favourite (and occasionally the reason people stay longer than planned).
We have professional staff, flexible setups, fair pricing, and we can also sort your Temporary Event Notice so you don’t have to decode council paperwork.
||WEDDING & EVENT PLANNING||
We offer on-the-day coordination, partial planning, and full planning.
On-the-day is for when you’ve planned it all and just want someone calm and slightly bossy (in a helpful way) to run it. Partial is for when you’ve started planning and suddenly realised there are a LOT of decisions left. Full planning is for when you’d rather hand it over and just show up.
Led by Ella, who has 15+ years of venue management experience, we know how events actually run behind the scenes, and how to quietly fix things before anyone notices.

Can’t thank all at wonderland bars enough! They provided service with a smile & were so friendly and lovely. Great range of drinks available, quick service and very reasonable prices! We also hired wine glasses from them for our table wine which was very handy! Again, very good value! The bar set up was lovely, fitted in well with our venue.
The girls working our wedding were so lovely and made us (bride and groom) feel even more special on our big day! Their communication is as brilliant before, during and after the wedding too. They also introduced me to my new favourite drink - Tequila Rose!

Great service for funeral function
Ella responded promptly to my initial request for a function bar and also advice for the event.
Everything was set up ready for our arrival at the function venue. Ella and her colleague provided great service for us during the whole event and helped to make the day a successful celebration wake for family and friends.

I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Beautiful bar, great pricing and the team behind the bar were speedy and fun. Communication from the beginning was great and they worked with us to create the package we wanted at a great rate. Having been let down last minute I was worried about finding someone at such short notice but Ella and her staff were the best. Book these guys, you won't regret it! I have already booked two events in for next year.

Wonderland Event Bars were absolutely brilliant, the service they provided far exceeded our expectations (not that they were at all low to begin with!) and they did everything they could to make the day go as smoothly as possible. They accomodated last minute requests, and went above and beyond to create custom mocktails for the bride! They were fast at replying, easy to deal with and represent amazing value for money.
