A family run rustic event bar company offering both a beautifully converted horse box trailer conversion for outside your venue and stand-alone pallet bars for inside. You can have the horse box, the pallet bars or both!!
We provide glassware or posh plastics, uniformed staff and a full bar service based on your requirements. Draft lager, cocktails and warm drinks are available on request. We have a wonderful cocktail menu!! Our drinks menu is priced to be affordable for your guests.
Our director has been the General Manager of several prestigious wedding venues and we do this because we love it!
We provide bars for weddings, parties and corporate events nationally.
Our expert team will apply for your Temporary Event Notice if required and make sure all legalities are covered.
Every individual customer is important to us and whether you need a quick answer via text message or an in-depth discussion we are always happy to be there for you.

We hired the crate mobile bar from The bird and bee for our little girl's christening yesterday. There was constant communication from start to finish.
On the day they were punctual, polite, professional and very tidy!
All of our guests enjoyed drinks at reasonable prices and there were never any empties left on tables for long periods of time.

Wonderful service, from booking the bar, communication, through to supplying our requests!! The bar staff were great, helpful and very friendly, looking after all our guests.

Couldn't of asked for a better service they worked so well together making it run very smooth. Prices were very good and Well stocked bar with something for everyone. All staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The Bird and Bee came to our charity Firewalk event on 22/02/19. An absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish - they were friendly, personable and professional. They stayed in touch during the run up to the event and were always happy to answer any questions. On the night they updated us with their arrival time, turned up in plenty of time, got set up quickly and efficiently (including going out of their way to set up in a spot that we really wanted to use, but was tricky for them to access) and handled everything with patience and good humour. The horsebox bar was beautiful and the drinks selection was fantastic, including lots of hot drinks to keep our guests happy. I would absolutely, without hesitation, book them again.

A brilliant set up and incredible service
Ella was so helpful organising the booking from the start of my enquiry. Offered such a wide selection of drinks, was happy to tailor the drinks menu for us and had such a great set up inside. The ease of payment was a huge help.
