The Ginger Coffee Company

My name is Tracey from The Ginger Coffee Co & Bar, I work alongside my partner, Karen.

We bring gourmet coffee, speciality tea and chocolate to you. Since our inception we have brought our dedication to excellence to a wide-range of events and have bespoke drink services at many major music and arts festivals, boutique food fairs, classic automotive shows as well as countless private and corporate events. Our largest event, being 70,000.

We only use the most carefully selected coffee from small UK independent roaster in Norfolk.

We have a dedicated team of event barista’s who form a fun, slick and professional set up with over 5 years experience.

We have a wide range of cold drinks, freshly squeezed lemonade, smoothies & iced coffee.

Alternative milk options, such as oat, almond, soya & coconut.

Pastries, deluxe cookies & muffins can also be supplied.

Our barista’s are highly skilled, having been trained at the London School of coffee.

For each event, we will supply 2 x professional baristas.

For 2026, we have 3 options -

1. A lovely Cream vintage, airstream-style coffee trailer, named ‘Maude’.

2. A sleek, sophisticated Black coffee-cart, this can be set-up inside or out, favoured by corporate events.

3. A quirky, small little Black van with gazebo, ideal for small spaces.

All options can decorated and dressed up for Weddings, Birthdays or any special occasion with flowers and bunting.

For option 1 and 2, we can serve hot drinks, but they also be transformed into a bar.

We have catered at many corporate events, clients include - F1 Red Bull Racing, Solomon, Wizz Air and Netflix just to name a few.

We hold a personal alcohol licence, so can cater for events in barns, gardens or any private space.

We offer a variety of alcoholic drinks, such as fizz, beer, cocktails .. and of course, espresso martini !

We look forward to meeting you.
