What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to quote accurately to a customer, ideally we need the event date(s), an outline of the event being hosted, footfall estimate, where it will be (including if it is indoor/outdoor), plus any additional needs e.g. strong Vegan options.
We are a flexible bunch and can adapt to any situation, providing a flawless service, top class, professional drinks and snacks. From a modest charity function to a full-blown residency in a Glamping village. We can tailor-make a package to suit your budget, taste and style.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A provider should be prompt, efficient and professional in their responses and communication - after all, that would be one of the main reasons to consider choosing them to work for you and reflect your standards.
Experience of the industry, knowledge of their product and the flexibility to change to suit a particular venue, budget or theme would also be vital.
The provider should have constant, informative and transparent social media - including reviews and testimonials of previous work as well as photographs of their staff, set up and range.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

The Brew Box Berks was created by Claire in October 2018, who has been passionate about coffee since her early teens. Fiona joined her in early May 2019 with 7 years experience in the coffee business and from a strong customer service background herself.
These two mothers run the vintage horse box themselves, often with husbands, friends and children (the teenage ones!), all of whom are barista trained.
Committed to consistent standards, using Fairtrade products (the coffee is one of the few Certified by the Rainforest Alliance too). Choosing local suppliers and ethical suppliers - like Clipper Teas - the first in the world to not contain any plastic whatsoever. As mothers too - they have a sharp focus on the future they leave to the children.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Highly recommend Add to Event. We have only joined recently and have been flooded with emails of events. We were part of a school fundraiser recently in foul weather with the nicest staff and pupils you could imagine. They raised over £30,000 and we were just thrilled to be there with them. Going back for the next event too.
Last week, (at very short notice), an A list actor/producer telephoned us in person following up from a quote. It took a while to establish it wasn't a mate pulling our leg!
A few days later, we found ourselves on a local film set, at the crack of dawn serving incredible and divine hot chocolates to a cold, tired film crew on their last few days on set.
