About The Tipsy Bean
The Tipsy Bean is a mobile coffee and cocktail bar built into a converted horse trailer, serving festivals, campsites, weddings and events. Everything on our menu is available all day, so whether someone wants a barista-made flat white at eight in the morning or a jug of Pimm's at eight at night, we've got it covered. Alongside our coffees and cocktails, we serve coolers and soft drinks for the kids, plus warming favourites like Baileys hot chocolate for chillier days, and seasonal specials that change through the year.
Why choose us? Because we give your guests one bar that suits everyone, from the coffee drinkers to the cocktail crowd to the families with little ones. We hold a five-star food hygiene rating, our team includes a personal licence holder, and we arrive with risk assessments, allergen information and electrical requirements ready to go, so we slot into your site without fuss. We've served everyone from campsite weekenders to F1 crowds at Silverstone, and we bring the same friendly service and quick turnaround whatever the size of the event.

Our Story
The Tipsy Bean began as an old horsebox at the end of its working life. We saw the potential and spent six months taking her back to the shell and rebuilding her by hand into a reclaimed timber coffee and cocktail bar. Every part of the design, joinery and finish is our own work, and no two counters or shelves came from a kit. She's known as Tipsy, and she's become as much a part of the family as the people behind her.
Our Team
Deb has spent her career in live events, in security, crowd safety and spectator safety, and has years of bar experience alongside that. She knows how an event works from every angle and brings a level of attention to detail that shows in everything from the paperwork to the presentation.
Tally, Deb's daughter, has worked in pubs since she was 13 and is a qualified motorsport engineer. She led the technical side of the conversion, and the trailer's build quality, electrics and reliability on the road are down to her.
Evan, Deb's son, spent three years leading teams for one of the UK's largest high street coffee chains. He trains every member of the team and keeps our menu and methods current, so the quality behind the counter is consistent whoever is serving.
Maisie has been with The Tipsy Bean from the start and brings several years of hospitality and customer service experience. She's a familiar face at the counter, manages the flow of service on busy days and runs all our content and social media.

Experience
Our background is in events, not just catering, and it shapes how we work. Early set-ups, long trading days, awkward pitches and unreliable weather are familiar territory. Since launching, we've traded at campsites and glamping weekends, weddings and milestone birthdays, county shows and the official campsites for the Silverstone F1 and MotoGP weekends, serving thousands of race fans from first thing in the morning to late into the night. We work from mains hook-ups or from our own generator, whichever the site needs. Our full menu is available throughout the day: hot and iced coffee, matcha, spirited coffees using named brands, Pimm's, Baileys hot chocolate, teas, cold drinks and sweets for younger guests.
Typical Clients
Festival and show organisers, campsite and glamping site owners, wedding couples, private party hosts, corporate event teams, equestrian and motorsport venues, food festivals, village fêtes and sports clubs. We offer either a full day rate with drinks included for guests, or a trading arrangement where guests pay as they go. Northamptonshire is home, and we regularly travel further afield.
