We have been described as a Fusion Chip Shop, using traditional methods along with contemporary flavour combinations to add a unique twist to the nations favourite dish. Providing Old school traditional & New wave fusion Fish n Chips, Loaded fries bar and contemporary festival & Wedding food.
We provide a 1st class traditional fish n chip shop “chippy” experience that respects the time honoured traditional chip shop.
Fresh Cod , fresh potato chips & home cooked mushy peas.
We can provide menu samples & quotes suitable for your requirements & budget needs.
Our ingredients are always fresh, seasonal and sustainable.Ensuring your get the best quality food & service every time .
We have 30 years+ experience within the hospitality industry at all levels and types of events, Weddings ,Corporate events & Festival , pop-ups, beer festivals etc. All our food containers are 100% biodegradable.
We use a large professional fryer range within our uniquely decorated food truck, that can handle high output numbers for such events as weddings, corporate, festivals etc. We also bring that special personal touch with us for smaller and intimate family gatherings and private celebrations.
We hold a 5-star hygiene rating and fully compliant with all certification, Insurance, and safety assessments.

Hassle free, great tasting food, massive portions.
Organised our menu over one phone call several months before our wedding. Lee arrived early to setup prior to our guests arriving and needed nothing more than an electricity supply. The team served up great tasting food in large portions.

Absolutely fantastic!
We were able to sample the food at a local festival and on the evening EVERYONE really loved the food and had complements about the size of the fish! Decent portions (if not huge) not complaining though!

Silver Wedding Party
Great night - loaded fries bar, cod salsa and Asian beef. Food was fresh, great food served from a great van. Would recommend to anyone, even the weather didn’t stop the party and the umbrellas were great.
Best Fish and Chips we’ve ever had!
Totally professional service from start to finish. Great communication from Lee and all our guests have commented that they were the best fish and chips they had ever had. I would highly recommend Lee for any occasion, his van looked great and he just took care of everything! There was lots of other options included and apparently the gravy was to die for!! All in all 5 stars from us I would have no hesitation in booking him again or recommending him!
