V.Edgy

V.Edgy is a small family business based in Somerset, headed up by Pip Jolliffe. We are all vegetarians and we share the same ethos: To serve healthy, wonderfully delicious, home- made food, whilst trying to minimise our environmental impact. To that end, all our food is sourced locally, where possible, and made from fresh and tasty ingredients. Our packaging is plant based and fully compostable - from our bleach free napkins to our food preparation gloves.

We serve utterly delicious vegetarian and vegan food and always have gluten free options available. We have a wide and varying menu, from falafels and hummus, to chana dahl and cool chilli. Our mouth-watering halloumi and roasted red pepper burgers are especially popular. Every dish is served with a variety of fresh salads and a huge smile. We are able and happy to cater for other vegetarian and vegan requests to be served from our beautiful vintage Carlight caravan, ‘Isolde’, (because she is).
