We are a Vegan Food Truck Company and serve some amazing home-cooked authentic Indian cuisine. We are a ethical business with sustainability being our main goal. All our packaging is biodegradable and recyclable and we only use fresh whole foods and nothing is pre-packed, frozen or processed.
Typical Clients
We cater for the general public, all ages, students, local businesses and also festival and events. We have our own water and power supply which means we are completely self-sufficient and require no such assistance.

55th birthday party at our home in Liverpool
A great big thankyou to Asad and his team for helping make special our birthday celebrations. We had around 40 friends and family, .. every single one commenting on how delicious the food was . The food van was beautifully decorated . Above all Asad has a friendly, warm and open nature and that brought another layer of joy to our celebration. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Let me be straight here, you get not just good quality, delicious, vegan, hot served food to relish or not just a food cart that adds to the beauty of your place or two passionate people who love what they are doing, you will get an Experience. Something that is appreciated by everyone who was part of it. I hired Vegan spice for a festive party in the back garden. The communication is great, Asad is friendly and cares about his customers. They arrived on time and served Palak Aloo and Channa Masala with their Large Samosas and Bhaji. Absolutely delicious. The guests were super happy not only with the food, their good looking cart but also with the interactions that happened while they served. Highly recommend Vegan Spice.

Great service and even better food!
Asad and his team were fantastic and their food was even better, the samosas in particular were sublime. It wasn't an easy gig, with 100 hungry young people to feed between rehearsal and concert, but their food was enough to win over even the most meat-loving members.
