About Yim Thai Catering
Our Thai cooking places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge. Its complex interplay of at least three and up to four or five fundamental taste senses in each dish, or the overall meal: sour, sweet, salty, bitter, and spicy. Thai cooking rejects simplicity and is about "the juggling of disparate elements to create a harmonious finish’’.
In 1996 our founder and Managing Director opened his first Thai Restaurant, the business was a great success and by 2002 was the largest chain of Restaurants in the UK although the group was eventually sold his desire to produce high quality Thai dishes never went away So, in 2015 he got the old team back together. Headed by Executive Thai Chef Aninthita Atsawanit who in 2003 whilst working as a Head Chef for us, won the prestigious award of Thai Chef of the Year for the UK.....
We only use the finest ingredients freshly sourced direct from Thailand, twice a week.
All food is cooked from fresh by our qualified Thai Chefs.
For your corporate functions or private party, we have 16ft trailers which are setup to offer Thai street food from small parties to the masses.
