About Amai
Amai is a small, family-run business that specialises in quite a niche market. It’s a passion and understanding of balancing an ‘East meets West’ dessert catering business that makes us unique from other similar businesses.
Our specialities are Bubble Waffles (little ‘bubbles’ of waffley goodness) and Taiwanese Snow Ice (Grown-up version of snow cones). With flavours such as Eton Mess Bubble Waffle or Oreo Snow Ice, they are all designed to be both comforting and intriguing.
We offer a delicious selection to suit all tastes from fruity, sweet or chocolately.
As a mobile caterer, we love the challenge of finding a new audience to introduce Amai take great pride in watching the positive reactions after the first bite of Bubble Waffles or seeing the surprised look after tasting a first Snow Ice!
