We requested 6 waiting staff and 1 waiting staff coordinator for our wedding for 115 people.

The problems arose at the wedding - only 5/7 staff showed up and they were late. 2 of the staff were useless - unable to open wine/champagne bottles, were seen eating from the canapé trays by guests. The waiting staff coordinator was hapless, shrugging off concerns from our experienced wedding coordinator and from us. My father-in-law had to serve champagne as so many glasses were repeatedly empty. Leaving us with 2 - 3 waiting staff who were miserable, cleaning up the top table during speeches etc.

Matt was fine to deal with, refunding us for the 2 staff that didn't turn up. Whilst we appreciate his apologies, it almost ruined our wedding.

We hired 3 bar staff from Matt for a private event. They were fantastic- worked hard all evening and used their initiative. They even arrived early. Thanks to Matt and his team!
