We received amazing service from BubbleLDN. Their quote was really competitive and they responded really quickly to any queries I had. We hired a hot tub for my birthday. On the day of delivery Greg arrived on time and had everything set up in no time. He showed me how to work everything. The hot tub was clean and like new. We really loved it. My kids especially enjoyed having it over half term. Thanks for everything!

They only deemed an email necessary to tell us om the morning of our 15th yr old daughters party, that the lining was ripped and they wouldnt be able to come. They took full payment a month before, and we've had to battle to get a full refund. Wouldn't use them again.

Very impressed with all aspects Delivered on time and set up quickly. The hot tub was a good size and felt very solid and secure, despite being a 'blow up'. The family really enjoyed using it (especially but not only the kids!). Packing up and collection was equally efficient, and Greg was very helpful
