Our flavourful, ever-evolving menu is seasonal and includes international influences, a reflection on our origins as a husband and wife team, who have both chosen Scotland as home after relocating from Ireland and America. Fresh Rev offers restaurant quality street food, made by a classically trained chef with a knack for creating intricate taste profiles and simple dishes bursting with flavour.
A few of our favourite dishes: deep fried macaroni and cheese with truffle oil and mustard; pulled wild boar roll; buffalo meat rendang curry; haggis, neeps and tatties pakora; cajun style seafood gumbo; gourmet haddock fillet and handcut chips with homemade tartare; chocolate and beetroot brownie; pumpkin pie and so many more.
