We had the most wonderful wedding! From the moment we spoke to Jon, he was kind, friendly, helpful and took time to listen to what we wanted and what he could do to help us make our wedding a happy and stress-free weekend. Jon and his team were so cheery and professional throughout our wedding weekend and we are so grateful for their hard work. Jon helped coordinate all the catering teams and made sure everything flowed well on the day. We had a 'festival' style wedding and Jon really supported us to create the atmosphere we wanted. We used HH for a 50th birthday party at home for 90 people. Jon is so organised, calm and in control of everything he took all of the stress and organisation away from us and managed everything seamlessly. We had a couple of meetings before the event to discuss cocktail flavours, timings and set up and Jon was very responsive on what’s app for any queries. Our guests absolutely loved the cocktail bar and it made the party really special. Jon and his lovely staff Dan and Tom were great at not only serving cocktails but circulating the party tidying up and making sure everyone had drinks. Jon was here for hours the day before and the day after setting up and clearing away without our input. Superb all round - can’t fault anything!

My husband and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Handcrafted Horsebox. They went above and beyond to make our day special. Jon was great to work with and ensured they were set up early and we didn't have to worry about a thing on the day, everyone enjoyed the drinks and the set up looked amazing! 10/10

I am struggling to put into words how blown away we both were with the service we received from the Handcrafted Horsebox. In all my years in event management I can honestly say I have NEVER worked with a supplier who exceeds expectations and goes above and beyond like you did. You were basically an event manager yourself and nothing was too much trouble. You were discreetly making sure that everything was covered, every little detail was thought of including blankets for when guests got cold. Presentation was top notch and the bar looked amazing - rustic and reclaimed was perfect for the relaxed vibe we wanted. You catered for our specific drinks requests to fit with our theme too.

The service from Handcrafted Horsebox was excellent. Jon couldn't do enough to ensure the event ran smoothly and had thought of all eventualities - even bringing along a gazebo in case it rained, which it did! This didn't hamper things though. The event was a gin-themed evening and Jon provided a wide range of cocktails - all of which went down very well indeed! It was also very good value for money. I would highly recommend Handcrafted Horsebox and will definitely use them again for future events.

From enquiry through to the event, service was exceptional. The horsebox looked amazing and every bit of detail was remembered.
