What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Our aim is to take care of all the organiser's requirements so the event runs seamlessly and stress-free, for this we ideally need the date, type of event they are having, the cuisine they are requiring, estimated number of guests and the general outline of the venue they are hosting from. With this information, we can ensure the event is put together with ease and all bases are covered!.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The key is communication, ensuring the provider really understands your requirements and how they can make your event 5* on 3* prices, ask them about their offering, why their menus are what they are and the experience they have in their field of expertise. Spend time getting to know your provider, their brand and ideas to ensure your event runs without a hitch!

Moo Moo's coffee shop and catering came from a lifelong dream of both running my own business and offering a product which is of exceptional quality, fresh food consistently delivered well!. Having spent over a decade running hotels, the hospitality industry is my love and passion! Delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing a great service and memorable dining experience are my three key focuses with the customer at the core of everything we do!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Being fairly new to Add to Event, my most memorable event so far has been a StreetFootball event, players from around the world coming together for their love of football! Being a charity the expectation of the client was quite low, with basic buffet requirements, the greatest thing was the feedback received, presentation is key and ensuring that even the most basic of buffets is presented with pride and passion gains feedback such as theirs which is extremely rewarding! Since the first, this has now become a repeat booking whenever they are in Wales!! I have recommended and continue to recommend Add to Event to all catering colleagues, it is a growing platform and a great way to drive the profile of your business in the catering industry!
