What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We need to ideally know, the length of time and date of event, and what they are looking for, plus where the location would be. Also whether it is inside or outside and if it is on the ground floor or upper if in a building. We can then provide a quote once we have the relevant information.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure the children’s entertainers have DBS and public liability insurance. Ask about their past experience and what they can provide. Also check reviews - this is key.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started as children’s entertainers in 2003 and have worked in holiday parks, cruise ships, weddings and many birthday parties etc. Our singing princesses and Mascots are also a large part of our work and we have face painting and glitter tattoos that provide a great addition to any party. It is our passion to ensure all of our parties are enjoyed by all ages.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We had a booking for a christening which the children and adults thoroughly enjoyed, and the client was delighted especially with the mascot which we bought particularly for her. In the next couple of weeks we have another party for a family of children which sounds as if it will be a fun event.
