What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide an estimate of cost, ideally we need a rough number of guests and a duration and if its an unlimited all-inclusive or a pay per item event. We are totally flexible and will work with you in order to provide the service you want at the best possible value.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My best advice is to know what you are getting for your money. There's obviously loads of coffee vendors out there however not all coffee is the same. We use a Speciality Coffee that is small-batch roasted, ethically sourced, sustainable and is the most gorgeous coffee you could ever taste. We also only use Organic milk and 100% compostable cups and are as plastic-free as possible. Think now about our cup price of £2.50 and how much more value you are getting rather than someone grinding beans from a supermarket and not caring about their product just how much profit!. Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We love Italy especially the little villages, we would see these 3 wheelers being used for everything and just fell in love with them. We bought a wreck and 2 years later we had finished our idea of a mobile barista. We wanted a change of lifestyle and pace from our jobs and so far we are living the dream although part of this dream was to be doing this with our late cavalier king Charles "Maggie" and that's where the name came from!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We love Add to Event as the diversity in clients is amazing, for us one week we could be at Concert and then the next day a corporate jig. It gives us the chance to be seen by people customers that otherwise would never find or consider us. The site works great and we can't fault it. We've had such fun and met some really cool people. Love love love!
