Let me share how to ensure happiness of YOUR guests and make your event a great success, to do it best, we need to know who are your guests. Friends and family or corporate high profile client? What they like What will be the theme/mood of your guest (obviously wedding guest is different to the funeral guest) time of the event (a dark roast would go well for the morning, cold mild brew is good for early summer evening), What is the venue setup - corporate meeting or hen party it's different! I can go on ..but I am sure YOU know your guests and your event best and we know our coffee best. Let's talk and ensure happy guests and a great event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You should look for someone you can work with - Attitude, Skills and Flexibility, do you get that positive vibe? Someone that you trust 100% with your event! The soft skills more than hard skills.
You know most, whose reputation is at stake! Check if your vendor is ready to share the commitment?
Cost - it's important but don't fall for "too good to be true" quote. As well please remember quality doesn't come cheap let alone free! Be ready to appreciate the quality of service and coffee.
Top-of-All, What's important for the vendor, You or them? Like for us its YOU and Your event that is most important.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

When me and my husband moved to England after getting married, we spent a lot of time exploring coffee shops across the country, the large chains as well as the artisan coffee shops. I am sure you are a coffee lover and you understand what I am talking here. :-)
Our idea of a coffee journey started from our love and search for uncompromising quality of coffee, where ever we travelled we found the lack of human touch dominated the coffee marketplace. And that’s when we decided to take things in hand. Fusion Cafe born. We believe all coffee lovers deserve to be treated well, respected for their love and welcomed for their knowledge of coffee and should be rewarded with the pleasure of coffee. It's our labour of love. We decided to take our passion for coffee to the next step and convert it into a business.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I am happy to recommend Add to Event to other businesses for the initial handholding and help and support we received for launching our business on this platform.

We are a startup and as we only recently registered with Add to Event, we have not yet had the opportunity of a first-hand experience of winning an event. While saying that, looking at the vibrancy of the activities on Add to Event site, I am sure other fellow businesses have benefited and we are looking forward to the same response for our business.
