What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to provide a comprehensive and accurate bespoke quote for your event, we need the event date, The type of event, The estimated number of guests and venue address.
As all our services are put together on a bespoke basis and created for our customers individual requirements.
As much information in regards to the customers needs are essential in order for us to provide the best quotation possible.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Quirk Bespoke events were started very organically. It was kind of created by itself. I have been a DJ, Singer and small events organiser for most of my life, but had never created a brand or business. After returning to the UK after 8 years abroad performing in hotels, Nightclubs and private events, I realised there was a need for a high end, but affordable company that offered creative lighting design and entertainment within our region.
I put together a small portfolio of intelligent lighting and a small DJ rig and put together an affordable all in one package for weddings, corporate and private events that a client could rely on.
As momentum started to build so the company was born and we now cover more then 90 bookings a year ranging from complete venue lighting design, DJ hire and live entertainment, all in house, all in one place and completely stress-free for our clients. 2019 will also open its doors to our new mobile bar company!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I've had a lot of bookings through the Add to Event platform.
Our company has landed quotes with some great clients but we are especially excited about a few events we have planned for the Norfolk UEA medics balls.
Two separate events with some wonderful venue lighting and all night DJ planned.
But there are many other events coming up and hope to continue to benefit from the service.
