What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a great service, we need event dates, a brief explanation of what type of event it is, an estimated number of guests, and a potential venue. whether it is an indoor or outdoor event. from this we can use our expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would make sure I knew the providers personally and had used them before. I wouldn't recommend a service that I do not know much about. Look at reviews and comments from previous clients online.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I have worked with operations all my life, come from a hospitality background and have always enjoyed giving people a good experience. So event planning did not come as a surprise when I left my job and started my own business 3 years ago.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Yes, we have had 3 bookings from this platform and are very happy with the services we have from here. The helpline staff are very helpful and very easy to get hold of.
I am still waiting to deliver the booking I have from here and haven't got my rating yet. I am very excited about this and can't wait for the results.
