What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

What I need to know, how many staff will be needed eg for every 50 people we like to have 1 staff member on but minimum we use is 2 for the safety of the guards working.
amount of exits and entrances.
how long till payment and how will this be paid.
Any risk factors there may be.
Are you supplying equipment radios etc.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you pick someone who knows what they are doing in the security sector as laws and rules are different eg. Trespass law is a civil issue whereas aggravated trespass is criminal.
Also should always be trained we'll have experience in the field depending on the risk of the job,

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

So I have worked within the security sector for 4 years, doesn't seem long I know but I have also stewarded at events and festivals for 10 years prior to this. So I opened this business to bring a friendly approach to the industry. As you get to know me you'll see my team like to get to know people and the venues as we have experience working at events and festivals across the UK from Glastonbury to much smaller events.
