To enable Amarok Events to provide a comprehensive quote, we need to know the date, how many people will be attending, the type of event, the location and duration of the event. This information is essential so we can work out the basics. Although we take pride in providing an outstanding service, it is ideal for the host to give a brief description of the event and what they want and expect from our service. From this, Amarok Events will start to put together a plan based on experience and passion to design and provide a service of everything you dreamed of. We understand hiring a bar is generally for a special occasion and we want exactly that; to bring something different to the table and make your special day one to remember.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
People rush to hire a bar service, based on one thing...cost. Although at Amarok events we take a different approach. We believe that hiring a mobile bar is for special occasions; weddings, birthdays, festivals etc. we understand that cost/budget can be a big impact but time should be taken to understand what services are being offered. Is the mobile bar company taking time to understand exactly what you want from the service? Not all bars offer the same service and can achieve what you are really after.. the wow factor. After all, if you are hiring for a wedding, you want to bring something magical. If you are an event manager for a festival, you want your festival to stand out and the bar can play a huge impact.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Amarok Events was created out of pure passion and excitement for events such as street food events, festivals and weddings. I (Mitchell Horler), the owner of Amarok Events loved the pure happiness and magic vendors can bring to a special occasion. My passion has always been providing exceptional customer service and proving customer satisfaction; This is why Amarok Events was born. We like to go above and beyond customer satisfaction. Our aim is to bring something magical to the table, to bring the wow factor to any event and to bring everything you have dreamed of.
