What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event, we have a bar available for both, whether we require to supply a TENs notice and whether there is an electricity hook up available. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and cocktail menu.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the provider about how they can personalise their service to suit your requirements and make your event bespoke.

Tipple Adventures Mobile Bar Company was born out of love for experiential events. Emma has spent 5 years working in the events and planning industry. Her passion has been providing great service and giving people an experience to remember. The idea of the business was formulated during the planning of the business owners wedding. Emma wanted to create a mobile bar business that had customers satisfaction and all the unique qualities to make an event personal.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I have recommended and recommend Add to Event to all my catering friends, as well as anyone who does something that is relevant to the hospitality and events sector. If I had to pick one event, it would be the catering for a recent 40th Birthday Party, we provided an Artisan Gin Bar to 200 guests. The client and her guests were very happy and are using us again for their next event.
