What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to ensure we can provide an accurate quote for your event, we need as much information as you can think of. From the specific location of the venue so we can check licensing requirements, to a start and finish time, date, venue accessibility, number of guests and so much more. The more information the easier it makes things at the initial consulting stage!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You've probably seen by now that there are tons of "mobile cocktail bars" in and around your area, and whilst we offer everything from cocktails to beer, wine and spirits. Something that we really pride ourselves on is our personalised drinks. So it's good to check out what a provider can do for your event and also to check reviews and how well they know their products and craft.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We saw a real gap in the market for something a little bit different at events. There are a lot of standard wooden bars but nothing quite like our Piano Bar.

What was once a functioning piano many years ago, we gave it a second lease of life and turned it into a real speaking point at every event we have ever attended!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We would most certainly recommend Add to Event to others! We get a huge range of guests requesting different types of events all over the country and we are always willing to try something new.

We absolutely love our Cocktail Masterclasses (nearly as much as the guests taking part!) and they're a fantastic excuse to get a group of friends, family or work colleagues together to give something new a go.
