They provide a few more details her plus a few thoughts on how you can make the most of your Add to Event bookings.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We only need to know a few vital details, the event date, what type of event and length of service required, the estimated number of guests we will be serving, where the venue is and the facilities and whether it is indoors or outdoors. Also a 240v electricity supply is an advantage.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Once you have decided which type of service you require you really do need to know that the service provider is able to deliver! So as V Bubble U are trained Mixologists, we can provide you with a drinks list to suit your event and create a menu specifically designed with you and your guests in mind. So if you require a Cocktail Bar you need to know that your provider will not let you down and be able to create your drinks and provide the necessary equipment to do so efficiently.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Being a creative person with a passion for flavour and authenticity mixed with a love for hospitality and not forgetting my dream of owning a vintage VW Camper, the road to V Bubble U began. I found Pearl my beautiful 1978 VW T2 Bus. She has been lovingly restored and converted into an extraordinary Mobile Cocktail Bar. With a full DJ quality Sound system and a 50" TV screen, we can create a WOW factor at any private or corporate event. You and your guests' needs really are at the forefront of our purpose and we are passionate about providing a professional service and an atmosphere that everybody will enjoy.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have been fortunate enough to have a number of bookings through Add to Event and in particular, we were hired by a national Holiday Company to provide Cocktails at one of their resorts alongside their on-site bar. The feedback we received was amazing and the client said that "The guests were blown away with the level of premium quality drinks and Cocktails provided and that our service was impeccable." They have booked us for another 2 events this summer and have now placed us on their 'preferred suppliers' list. Another major corporation has been in touch via Add to Event and asked us to become a supplier at their events in the future. Without this platform, we may not have been given an in-road to such opportunities as this where we are able to showcase our Vintage VW Mobile Drinks Bar to a wider audience.
