The golden rule is the more information you can give us the better. This helps us tailor the bar and its drinks to best suit the guests. Aside from the obvious such as the date and location we want to know if the event will be outdoors, is there cover? What do your guests like to drink? How many of the guests are adults? The more information, the better!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Questions, questions, questions! Ask them, we aim to make the whole process as stress free as possible and we find that having an open door policy day in, day out is the best approach. Ask about hire cost/callout fees (not something we charge for but it's important to ask). Does the Bar take away their rubbish? We certainly do. These are questions you should consider which may not seem initially obvious.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Our business in the alcohol industry has an ironic history. We started out importing alcohol and supplying restaurants, pubs, clubs and...mobile bars! Coupled with our wealth of industry knowledge we decided to expand and run our own mobile bars, improving on areas we felt the competition fell short. To this day we are still involved with importing and supplying alcohol.

I would definitely recommend it to other suppliers, however do note that competition is fierce and you have to be prepared to offer something different and set yourself apart from the crowd!
