What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide a comprehensive quote we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, an idea of how many guests are expected and the location of the venue, if it's indoors or outdoors and if there are any power or water supplies. Also, a rough idea of how much the host would like to spend for the event and what special requests or themes they want us to consider.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Main points to consider when asking for a quote are: what experience do they have, what drinks are on offer and can these be changed if needs be, what type of bar is offered, is there a minimum spend charge and what equipment do you offer. Do they also offer additional licenses?

Botanical Bubbles Mobile Bar was born out of a passion for hospitality and serving delicious food from a vintage style pallet bar or a renovated Horse Box. From being in the industry for many years, we wanted our own adventure where we designed our pallet bar and horsebox to ensure that is all the little added extras that really make an event special. By promoting personalisation, the bar can be part of any event making it truly unique to each event and special to the host.

We are new to Add to Event but looking forward to our first booking soon and sure this platform is going to help our business grow!. We have had so many good reviews from our clients who love our personal touches and our great, genuine customer service.
