What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To get you the most accurate quote for your event we just need the date and time, the estimated amount of guests, the types of drinks you'd like and how you'd like to structure the payment e.g. open bar or pay as you go.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Knowledge and passion are key. We didn't start our business without total love for what we do. We love beers and we love creating amazing times. Many suppliers and caterers just aren't personal enough and that is something we sought out to do since day one. Customers pay great deals of money for bars and it just has to be perfect every single time.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
The Touring Pourers was created during the lockdown out of our love for amazing craft beers. We saw huge gaps in the market with mobile bars that just looked all the same and served the same drinks over and over again. Each event we do is totally unique!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had some great bookings through Add to Event. We love that we can reach out to people but also they can reach out to us. It allows you to search for more events but also if you don't have the time, events come to you! We have done a variety of events from birthday parties to large charity events and they have all been amazing!
