Bar Cavallo, based in Swindon, provides a beautifully converted vintage Richardson horse trailer, as a fully licenced mobile bar. They can cater for all events including weddings, birthday celebrations, corporate events and much more!

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To enable us to be able to provide a comprehensive quote we would ideally like to know the date, time and potential venue. If possible we would also like an estimated number of guests and whether they require a subsidised bar, cash bar or both.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check with your provider what range of drinks they have, what cocktails or soft beverages they offer. Get approximate prices upfront. Most importantly find out what is their general motto, you want fun and friendly staff to compliment your event.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We are three friends from Swindon who met through work. Having worked for a large corporate company for years, we felt we needed more sparkle. We attended a local festival where we saw a quirky little mobile bar and a year later Bar Cavallo was born. We believe in providing a fun, friendly, service always aiming to keep the customer at the core of everything. We get our job satisfaction from seeing customers smiling and having fun.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We are hoping to get some events this year through Add to Event, the platform is highly rated hence why we have joined. They have a great reputation so we are really happy to be on board.
