Brought ALL their own equipment plus fresh ingredients. Prepared EVERYTHING in situ. Silvestre happy to talk whilst working which was a bonus. Food choices worked supremely well. Nicely presented. "I wanted to book a private chef to celebrate my wife’s birthday and to cook for our group of ten who were staying in a holiday cottage.
