"The highlight of our Christmas break at The Colloquy White Heron Properties was hiring Jo,the Travelling chef to provide canapes and then a full ChristmasDinner for 12 people. The food was superb with some added different dishes.We had a variety of desserts which were delicious. Jo was very friendly ,informative ,approachable and obviously enthusiastic about his craft. Communication was brilliant from the original booking to the actual dinner. The chef arrived promptly giving him adequate time for preparation and cooking.
