From initial comms we knew we had made a great choice, he was really responsive and clear from the first quote to the last message checking in we was happy with everything. We had regular calls/ messages leading up to the wedding and Detelin supported us with ideas of shots to take, how the day would work from both his and our points of view and made the entire process relaxing and fun. On the day he was there well within time and he took shots straight away &; really made us feel at ease. He went above and beyond, helping us with our DIY wedding and was really professional.
