Trevor was a delight to work with from booking through to pack up at the end of day. He had an attractive quote however he stood out from other providers by his excellent communication and by offering flexibility in the meats and sides available in the final package.
He and his team arrived on time to set up several hours before the event, and were ready to serve on the minute at 2.30pm as planned. Guests were all highly complimentary of the 4 dishes he served during the day’s event. He offered seconds too!
He offered a tasting station for people queuing to try out a selection of sauces whilst they waited which was a talking point.
His excellent food hygiene was noted by some guests - everything was immaculately presented. Thanks!

Trev was amazing from start to finish - his communication in the lead up to the event was professional, friendly and very prompt, and we could not have asked for him to do anything better. The food was delicious and everyone was so impressed by it, and Trev was so well-organised, efficient and great to work with. Would 100% recommend and consider for future events! Thank you again :)

Trevor catered for my wifes private birthday function at our home and was an absolute star. From the first communication with him until he packed away after the event he was a pleasure to deal with .
Unsure of exactly what we wanted on the menu when we started Trevor could not have been more helpful with suggestions of crowd pleasers and combinations that went well.
He is passionate about what he does and the food he prepared not only lived up to expectation but exceeded. We had some vegetarian diners with us on the evening and Trevor made sure they were treated to an excellent feast along with the meat eaters , with his wife Toni even making some delicious gluten free brownies to accommodate one of our guests dietry requirements.

We chose Trev as he was great at communicating with us and was very attentive to our needs. We held a 4th July glamping event with a band for entertainment in the evening, so we thought a bbq style dinner would fit perfectly - the giant smoker and set up really fit with our vibe for the evening. Trev had arrived at the venue well before our guests and the smell of beautiful meat filled the campsite, getting everyone in the mood for dinner! Trev adapted to our needs the amount of attendees changed over the months and provided homebaked desserts and veggie options too! Thank you Smokin' Grill Guy!

Really impressed. The service was great and everyone loved the food. They were clean, professional and very discreet when tidying and leaving. Would definitely recommend.
