About Barbecue Grill Master
Welcome to Barbecue Grill Master. We are a family run all weather outdoor catering company available for hire. We operate in Essex and surrounding counties in England. We pride ourselves in providing you the best quality grills and roasts for all your events.
The creativity in our grills has made us the one stop shop for all outdoor catering, BBQ catering, Hog Roast catering and corporate events. We have amazing flavours and an exciting range of meat, poultry and sea food for you to choose from, including any special request.
All our food is fresh and sourced from local produce, we supply Halal meats and our suppliers are in London and Essex Farms.
We grill using charcoal grills to bring out the true BBQ Flavour, in a friendly and professional environment. Our menu is available to view on our website.
We are very compliant, and have all our risk assessments (Available on request).

Great communication, great setup and great food!
Uzo was quick to respond to my request and followed up with calls and emails very quickly to learn exactly what I was looking for. One the day Uzo got on and setup all that he needed and delivered the food early - it was amazing! He prepared the food with timings that kept my party feed with little queuing, and he offered arrange of added extras that were a great delight. The food portions were LARGE and everyone loved it! A perfect solution to feeding large numbers with little fuss! Highly Recommend!

From the start Uzo was incredibly helpful in early discussions and budget setting.
Leading up to the date was more than helpful and taking phone calls without issue.
On the day, he and his assistant were helpful, friendly and very generous with portions which everyone loved
The food itself was plentiful and incredibly flavourful.
Uzo knows how to do an incredibly good hog roast and I highly recommend his business

Absolutely perfect for our staff BBQ
Uzo and the team were absolutely outstanding. We hired them for an end of term staff BBQ for 100 people and they were brilliant. There were plenty of options for both meat eaters and veggies, and they catered to our requests for halal, gluten free and vegan options too. There was plenty of food leftover which was shared out too. They were also incredibly fuss free in their set up and served right on time. We will definitely be booking them for the same event next year.
