Julian arrived in plenty of time to set up, was friendly, and listened to my suggestions about volume. The light show was cool and created a great atmosphere. He played the majority of my requested songs and the guests got most of their own requests too, Everyone enjoyed themselves and that was definitely in part thanks to the ambience that Julian created. Very happy with his service and would definitely recommend to anyone. 10 out of 10!

Julian at Bristol Disco Hire was absolutely spot on both in the lead up and planning of the music for the big day right through until the last dance! He had all our guests (even the sober ones) up and dancing all evening with a perfect combination of; songs we suggested, the classic singalongs and even managed to find a way to get some traditional Irish pub tracks in to round out the night. Would absolutely recommend Julian to anyone looking for a DJ in the area. Our concerns if having a DJ over a band were all for nothing as I wouldn't have changed a thing if we were to do it all over again. Thank you again Julian

Julian was super professional right from the start. Great communication throughout and also gave me a contract to sign which made me feel very secure with my booking. He was amazing at our party, played all the songs we asked for and had a really good lighting set up. I will definitely be booking him for my future events.

After hours of searching for the right DJ for our 18th birthday party we finally found Bristol Disco Hire. The contact was great from the start and we even decided to go with the photopod too which was such great fun and all the guests loved it! The music, lights and photos were fabulous and we really couldn’t have asked for anything better. Without Julian and Helen the night really wouldn’t have been the same!! Everything was greatly organised and completely flexible which was amazing as we had 170 guests to amuse! If we ever need a DJ we will 100% being using Bristol Disco Hire again and we hope you will too!! Thank you so much Julian for a brilliant night, it wouldn’t have been the same without your brilliant music and set up :)

Julian from Bristol Disco Hire provided the music for our recent New Years Eve party. All the way through the process Julian has been very professional and really helped contribute to making our party one to remember.
All his lighting and speaker system was great. The photo booth was a big hit and very entertaining throughout the whole evening.
He played our requested music play list & was very open to additional music choices on the night. All our guests enjoyed dancing way past midnight & he have had loads of compliments on what a fun evening it was. We hired Juilian for our wedding and he really did not disappoint. We're gutted we didnt get chance to speak to him at all, mainly because we were dancing constantly as the songs were just spot on, to our taste, and much to our guests also. (It appeared to us that he didnt move all night!) The set up was neat and the lights were fantastic, really added to the party spirit we wanted. For our first dance we wanted an accoustic which switched to the original, he worked the songs to blend at the right time and on the night it went down so well! We would definately recommend Julian, if you want someone who can read a crowd and get the party going, hes your guy.
