I love the 60's colour film photo look - the colours were more subtle, the focus less sharp and the photos had more character than todays super sharp, HD harsh images. I use Film cameras and specialised digital cameras and older character lenses to give you the "look", romantic and authentic that works so well for weddings. I'm relaxed and unobtrusive on your day getting documentary photos and all the moments and emotions that make your day so special. But there's also a place for some "created" rather than posed photos of you as a couple and individually. The main fear so many people have is posing for photos, so I never ask for that - just set a scene - maybe "stand here and look at each other and chat about your wedding so far". That will allow me to get great photos that are natural yet have the best setting and light. Priced at £1345 for the 35mm FILM FULL DAY package (reduced for out of season dates to £985) with 9 hours at your wedding, consultations/zooms, engagement shoot, 180 REAL 5"x8" professional quality photo prints, 150+digital images on USB.

For 25 years I was an enthusiastic photographer using film - then digital came along and after a couple of years I fell in love with photographing weddings. Since then I've joined over 300 couple sat their day and have loved every moment.

I won my first wedding award back in 2018 I think - a "commended" award in the Society of Wedding and portrait Photographers monthly competition.
