Hannah was amazing, kept a group of 17 kids ranging in ages from 2 to 7 entertained and made our little girl feel very special.

My boy really enjoyed his Gruffalo themed 3rd birthday party. Hannah was very professional and punctual. All the kids were happy to play and stayed engaged throughout the entertainment. Will highly recommend and will call Hannah again for our future Birthday parties.
Brilliant entertainer
Elsa was brilliant from start to finish and keep a group of 4 years old well and truly entertained. My little girl was so happy woth how her party went
Disappointed with quality of service
I chose High Voltage after reading many excellent reviews of the company. However, I was left extremely disappointed with the service. I requested Hannah, which was then changed to another entertainer as she was busy, At the last minute, another replacement person was booked in. She didn't arrive with enough time to set up. She had half a shabby costume and didn't know how to use the equipment including the mic. Therefore she had absolutely no reach or control of the children at the party. The other equipment promised wasn't used and I was left feeling like I'd been palmed off with a 'fill in' who had been drafted in. Frustrating when I had spent a lot of time and effort planning the rest of the party. I wouldn't recommend.
