30 hungry people waiting for food for some time. However when it did arrive it was absolutely lovely food. And everyone ate their fill. Despite lateness I would recommend and use again

I had a terrible experience with JoyKay for a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband. They arrived extremely late, and even then, setup was so slow that guests and vendors had to help. Starters meant for 6:00 PM were served at 8:45 PM when event was set to end at 10pm, leaving guests hungry and rushed. I ended up cleaning, washing dishes, and mopping—tasks already paid for. We paid over £100 in extra charges for the venue and photographer due to the delays caused. Despite requesting a 50% refund, I have received no response. What should have been a special surprise became a stressful, chaotic mess. I do not recommend JoyKay...the lack of professionalism, extreme delays, and complete disregard for the guest experience was unacceptable.

the caterer was very nice and easy to work with. The food was really delicious and recieved high praise, it satisfied an ethnically diverse group of people, and there was nothing that I did not eat. If I was to host another event I wouldnt hesitate to rebook with them.
