About Party Fun Hire Ltd

Whether planning a private party, wedding, trade show, conference, festival, exhibition or even for your Christmas gathering, we have the structures, furniture, games and accessories to make your social or business event a complete success.

Marquees and Gazebos Our marquees and commercial grade gazebos are suitable for corporate and larger events, or simply for private use to extend your home for extra capacity. Fully weather proof with heaters and lights, our structures work equally well in winter providing a cosy and toasty environment, and summer for protection against sun and rain.

Tables and Chairs We have a selection of round and trestle dining tables, which together with our folding chars can seat up to 400 people. These can either be used plain or can be fully dressed with tablecloths (always recommended), chair covers and a huge variety of bows for a top quality appearance. We also have poseur tables which are perfect for more casual and less formal events.

Party Games Our selection of giant party games for both indoor and outdoor use can completely change the party atmosphere adding a competitive twist. Great fun for all age groups keeping children occupied and entertained, pitching young against old, families against each other, or highly competitive colleagues. Please note we are unable to hire the party games on their own as these are in limited supply and held for customers hiring gazebos and marquees.

Party Accessories From warming heaters to the glow of hanging lights we can turn any marquee or gazebo into a warm and cosy party atmosphere. Add in flooring or a dance floor maybe and you're well on your way! Dance the night away with our speakers to the glow of disco lights and make a real entrance with our red carpet and stanchions.

We supply hundreds of chairs to Leisure Centres hosting dance, gymnastic and boxing events, tables and chairs to hotels and entertainment venues, marquees and gazebos to organisations exhibiting or selling at agricultural shows or food festivals, furnishing local village and church halls for private hires, whilst simply relieving the pressure at Christmas and private parties at home with an extra table and a few chairs, or a gazebo to extend the living space into the garden.
