Scam user Has now blocked was booked as a surprise for my sisters wedding. I paid a deposit i also messaged a few days prior to the wedding to chack in and make sure all was well. All of these messages were ignored. Tryed calling multiple times from multiple numbers to get hold of him. Once we did get hold of him he didnt know anything about the booking then he did but he had an ice cream van stolen then some one was on thete way. Excuse after excuse I paid £450 for 3 hours 5 till 8pm ( no hidden costs) When some one did arrive at 6.15 and then left at 7.35 I asked for a partial refund as 90minuits is not 3 hours ibhave now been blocked i did get a message with my sincerist apologies the following day and that is all.

We contacting Tony's to come along to our mini music festival we were hosting which included a BBQ, so we needed customers to have a option for a pudding. Limy (Apologies if I am spelling his name wrong) came to us on the day and was fantastic. Our customers started off to a slow start but as soon as one went up raving about the ice-cream, they all went up! He even stayed longer than agreed to ensure all customers we served. Great experience, delicious ice-cream, fair prices and fantastic customer service. We would love to work with them again!

We hired Tony Ice Cream for a Company staff event. The van turned up dead on time, and everyone was impressed with the variety of ice creams and toppings. I would definitely use them again. Fantastic!
