Our founder, Nick Davies (DJ Nick), is a Gold DJ Mark Award Holder with a rich history in the DJ industry. His passion for music, lighting, and creating the perfect atmosphere has taken him from Mobile Roadshows to Nightclub Residencies, Megamix creations for local radio, and even working with legends like George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley of Wham! With TRAX Disco Roadshow, Nick has curated a team of experienced DJs who share his enthusiasm for crafting memorable events.

TRAX Disco Roadshow use equipment that has all been PAT tested for electrical safety, and we hold public liability insurance (PLI) to the value of £10m. We are also proud members of AMPDJ (Alliance Of Mobile Party DJs).
I do not do children's parties below 12 (apart from our DJ Tony in Rotherham, who specialises in children's events) or outside unless in a professional marquee.

Great night, great music!
DJ Nick provided a night of great music and responded well to everyone's requests at our wedding reception. We loved the use of the website to provide a track list of songs we wanted to hear in advance of the big day.
On the day, Nick arrived dressed for the occasion and on time even though his roadie couldn't make it and set up the light show minus strobes as we'd requested for one of our guests. He was super friendly and great to talk to.
Nick played a range of music incorporating our playlist which certainly kept me dancing most of the night! The cordless microphones for the speeches were fantastic and Nick provided great introductions to the various points of the evening such as the cutting of the cake and first dance.

From the moment Nick setup the party was in full force. He announced our first dance and cutting of our cake and then the party atmosphere was honestly electric! He played lots of the songs that we and the guests chose and then also read the room to see what got people on the dance floor. He was amazing at this as I don’t think the dance floor was empty even for a second! Thank you Nick and team for being absolutely incredible, you made our night and we would book you again in a heartbeat!

Pefection
Nick was great!! When I was looking for a DJ for our wedding, I had a dozen or so replies, but Nick was the only one who, when needing to clarify something, actually called me rather than emailing back and forth. He was very quick with any communication needed during the planning. On top of this, Nick willingly drove to the venue to meet with me and the venue director as he had never been there before so as to make sure there was familiar with the surroundings and any 'rules'. The ability to request songs before the venue was another big plus as our guests were all coming from either Spain and the US Couldn't be happier and we had a great time!!!
