Vines Pizza Shack

We hired Vines to cater our staff summer celebration event. They were so friendly and helpful! The young girls were polite and efficient. Nothing was too much for them. The Pizza's were absolutely delicious and the sides, sauces and toppings perfect! We will be happy to use them again and recommend them without reservation! Guilsborough Academy

Vines delivered a pizza van and a magic mirror. The pizza was okay however do not use this company for the magic mirror. Their person struggled to set it up. After an hour into the party we managed to get it to take pictures however the photos were poor quality with yellow lines across the images and each one took about 5 minutes before the next person could get a photo. Their team member in attendance said this was not of merchandisable quality and would be suggesting a refund. They have sent me a folder of pictures taken, 10 were tests during set up and 19 were poor. For £366 you want decent quality / no of photos. Vines have stopped communicating and will not entertain a refund. Stay clear of this company

Food was great, our chef/server for the day was very friendly and nice. Would recommend and would use again.

The pizzas tasted delicious and lots of guests commented on them During the booking process I found I needed to chase confirmation of payments, and didn't receive any communication close to the event eg confirming arrival time etc There was a problem with the gas supply, which meant the team needed to borrow our gas and connector from our gas barbecue. It was lucky we had this, otherwise there would have been no pizzas! In addition, they had to cut off the connector / valve. We were intending to replace the barbecue anyway so this wasn't the end of the world, however would have been very annoying if we'd had a new barbecue damaged.
