'Thai Kitchen in Lakeland' is based in Kendal, Cumbria. We are eco-friendly; we have been since we started our family business in 2006. You won’t find any plastic trays, forks or cups here, everything goes back into the ground.

We strive to create the best quality Thai food we can. Chef Amporn worked in Thai restaurants for 16 years before we ventured out to creating mouth-watering dishes for events, festivals and private functions.

We have a 5-star food hygiene award from South Lakeland District Council (SLDC), are members of NCASS. We are consistently either number one or number two on Tripadvisor for our food, and have over 200 5-star reviews.

Our street food is freshly cooked on open woks, where Amporn regularly gets an audience to watch her cook. We cater for vegetarian and vegan, also GF and other allergen requirements.

In addition we operate a Thai takeaway in Kendal and have catered for over 3,000 customers since 2021.

We can also supply food for private events and corporate functions in Cumbria.
