Steve came to my 40th party - as I fancied doing something different! And myself and my guests were not disappointed! The chips are the best I’ve ever had and the curry sauce was out of this world! The fish - I just can’t put it into words… honestly the best chippy I’ve ever had! Kids loved the nuggets too! Thanks you Steve and team… you literally made the party! Thank you!

Everything was well organised and coordinated , the food was fresh and delicious , chips were crispy and really tasty , Steve and his family team were great.I have no hesitation in recommending .

The quality of the food and service was 10/10. What a fabolous service from start to finish, very friendly, professional and efficient, it was quite a challenge serving 100 freshly cooked Fish and Chips within the lunch time breaks, Everyone was delighted and commented how nice and top quality the food and service was. I booked Steve "The Village Frier" for my wife's 60th Birthday Party and it was absolutely perfect. The service was quick and efficient which was important to us and even though the weather was awful it was a huge success. The quality of the fish & chips was fabulous, freshly cooked in our back garden!

Very professional service- catered for my Husbands 30th birthday party. Had the opportunity to taste their food beforehand, they threw in extra food at no additional cost, and catered for vegetarians too! Very generous and flexible throughout- definitely recommend! Thank you!

From the get go Steve was fantastic, great communication, great prices, great service. We were feeding 60 staff members for a monthly lunch at work and Steve turned up, set up and fed us all in asked time even when he was serving on his own (no fault of his own). Everyone was so pleased with the food, especially the fish! No faults and no complaints! When fish and chip day at the office comes back around we will definitely be using them.
